How I work,
in the honest version.

Fifteen-plus years scaling digital marketplaces in luxury and design. I build the kind of teams that hit the number and have a good time doing it. The cards on the right are the full toolkit — hover any of them for the footnote about why it matters.

About me, in first person from the source.

Erin teaching spin class

front of the room — I teach

I got my degree at a state school. I got my education at Taco Del Mar — where four times a year I stood in front of a board of Irish brothers and justified a $30,000 salary by showing exactly what my work produced and exactly what it cost.I left as CMO, after the company grew from 36 locations to over 600 on my watch. The diploma is on a wall somewhere; the lesson — every dollar in, every dollar out, every quarter — has run my career ever since.

I've spent my career at the intersection of luxury, design, and digital marketplaces — Chairish, Dering Hall, Onboard Informatics, and at Taco Del Mar (yes, really, and I still have opinions about national promo calendars). I'm happiest when I'm building something new with people I respect, and I'm the person who actually reads the customer interview transcripts.

Off the clock: New York subways, balloon-filled photo ops, teaching 10 spin classes a week, and the occasional bear costume. Life's too short to be too serious.

What people say
when I'm not in the room.

Erin was the glue, the energy, and the reason we still existed. In the foxhole at the hardest of times, but always exuding positive energy. Truly one of the best people I have ever had the pleasure of working with.

Possibly the smartest, most dedicated, most honest, passionate, incredibly upbeat and positive force I have ever hired for anything. If you are looking for an A++ player in every capacity, Erin will only exceed expectations.

One of the most remarkable leaders I've had the opportunity to collaborate with. Her positivity and approachability set the tone for a collaborative and motivated environment, even during the most challenging times.
